Who operates this site?
Business Loan Advice is operated by Generate Leads Online Limited, company number 11832035, registered at 157 Sidegate Lane, Ipswich, IP4 4JN. We are the data controller for the information you send us.
The calculators and the route finder
Your calculator figures and route-finder choices are processed in your browser. These tools don’t ask for your name, email address or financial documents, and the website doesn’t send those inputs to a lender or to us. Reloading the page resets them. If you choose to save your figures, a small text file is created on your own device.
Quote requests
When you send a quote request, we collect your first name, last name and email address, your phone number if you provide it, and anything else you choose to tell us, such as your business name, the kind of business it is, how long it has been trading, a rough turnover, what the finance is for and a rough amount. If you came from a calculator, the figures you were looking at are included so your request includes the finance type and calculation you were considering.
We use this information to respond by email about loan options and quotes for your enquiry. If you provide a phone number, we may contact you if more details are needed. With your permission, we may pass it to a lender or finance broker so they can assess your business and, if you go ahead, we may receive a commission from them. We tell you who we are introducing you to before we do it, and we only pass your details on when you ask us to.
Form submissions are received and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, and by us. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and meet our legal obligations, then delete them. We don’t sell your information and we don’t use it for automated decisions or profiling.
Browsing and hosting
Our hosting provider processes the technical information needed to serve and secure the website, such as IP addresses and request details. This website is hosted by Netlify.
Analytics and cookies
This website doesn’t set advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party marketing embeds, and it doesn’t use your calculator or route-finder inputs for profiling.

Links to official sources and other websites open in a new tab. Those services have their own privacy notices. No calculator inputs are included in those links.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to Generate Leads Online Limited at the registered office above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
